Having taught young learners English for more than 20 years , I put a lot of emphasis on the young learners’ study and practicing. If students connect their English with their own real thoughts and feelings and the situations they face every day, they find a passion and motivation for learning that leads to success, not just in exams, but in the lives they will create their future for themselves . English gives them the wings to help them fly in the world without boundaries.

從事英文教育超過二十餘年,我非常重視孩子們的學習與練習。如果學生能夠將英文與他們自身的想法,感覺以及每天所遇到的情境做連結,他們便可以找到到達成功的學習熱情與動力,並非只是考試,而是在生活裡他們將創造屬於自己的未來。 而英文便是幫助他們打破界限遨遊世界的翅膀。

Alan:

Education: MA in TESOL at National Taiwan Normal University.

師範大學: 英語教學研究所碩士

In 2015, Alan moved from the States. He has been teaching young learners in Taiwan for 7 years. He is an organized, professional teacher with proven teaching, guidance, and counseling skills. He has the ability to increase student engagement with a very inclusive teaching style. Alan is skilled at communicating complex information in a simple and entertaining manner.

2015年,Alan老師離開了美國。致力於台灣的英語教學已有7 年的時間的他以獨特的教學風格吸引學生,Alan 老師擅長以簡單並有趣的方式將複雜的資訊傳遞給學生,是位有組織性且專業的老師。

Olivia:

Being born and raised in the United States, Olivia received her bachelor degree in Anthropology and Sociology from Goucher College.

It was at college that her passion for teaching began. After enrolling in a program to help inner-city students with their literacy skills, she learned how rewarding a career in education could be.

Olivia has taught English in Taiwan for about four years. She has a positive attitude. The students can learn what they are capable of by pushing themselves to try their best. Olivia always provides a creative, supportive, and structured environment for the students to learn.

Olivia老師在美國出生長大並在Goucher 大學拿到社會人類學的學士學位。

Olivia老師對教學的熱忱始於大學時期。在加入一個教導弱勢學生識字能力的計畫後,她深深感受到教育所帶來的成就感。

Olivia老師目前在台灣已有四年英文教學經歷。Olivia老師是位正面積極的老師。她的學生會根據自身的能力盡力為之以達到最佳的學習狀態。而Olivia老師總是打造一個有創造力,支持性,以及有組織性的環境以供學生學習。

The children encounter English in many ways such as

rhymes, songs, role playing, storytelling and novels. Children thereby develop their interest in learning English.

透過英文童謠,繪本,小說,多媒體 等媒材,陪伴孩子們一起學習與成長並讓孩子愛上學習英文。
